Awakenings I

Moments in life are bookened by others that are usually smaller than the event that they stand shoulder to shoulder with. Brief. Explainable in their meaning at the time, nor even for years after they fact. A man can, will, and does for years after the fact stop in the middle of his day; his world grinding to a halt around him just to think about such events. Some spend a lifetime pondering the significances of moments in life. The boundaries of the "Five W's" long expanded to something that could only be mirrored in the note book of a genius more the walls of a madman's apartment walls. It is the moments that one must take apart to the molecular structure of the cause-and-effect to understand. Life is somewhere between a chess game and shooting marbles in that the end is dependent upon the cause; it is what happens in the middle that can complicate things.
The important thing in life is truth. What truth is then dependent upon that person who lives the life. Right and Wrong are universal. But truth is variant upon the believer. What truth is in your teens is starkly different from the truth of being 27. The afor mentioned truth of 27, much different than that of 30. That is what I am learning. Hard work. Not giving up. Those are just a few of the universals. Seeing that you have little to nothing in common with others your age, that is an unfortunate truth. Former Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. James Conway once said that those who wear/wore the uniform of their country became "members of an elite Warrior Class." That said I propose that our country has now evolved beyond the three class system. It has began to move past the two party system politically with the rise of the Tea Party and the slow decline of the Republican Establishment.
A shift has been in the works. Something has been on the stove for awhile and has had little tending to. One could argue those of the newly forged class could rise to do far greater things is given either the room, or a helping hand up. No self respecting Infantryman wants to live upon the fat of those in which he has burned the fat of his soul off for. The members of the Fourth Greatest Generation believe in the system. They seek it's preservation. Some over their own life. They either stand, still posted upon the wall against those who seek to do evil unto the just: either abroad or in your community.
Think what would happen if they stopped standing post. If they united for something other than the mission they had sworn to carry out. If a new breed arose.
